Kathy Gori is author of the Indian cooking blog, The Colors of Indian Cooking. She is a screenwriter by trade and has been exploring the various cuisines of the sub-continent for over twenty years. She has cooked for some of the Dalai Lama's monks visiting L.A. from India, the Director of the Delhi Museum and President Clinton's California campaign staff.
